VEHICLE GRADING

All vehicles exported by Vehicles International are thoroughly inspected and graded according to Vehicle Internationals' quality grading system on arrival at our holding yard in Japan before being published on our website.  Grading is done according to specifications and general condition of the vehicle as follows:

Grade Key:

1: Accident Damaged
2: Poor Condition (in need of repair)
3: Good Condition
4: Excellent Condition
5: Almost New

When will my vehicle arrive in my country?
Vehicles International will e-mail a shipping confirmation through to you once our vehicle is scheduled to depart. You will be given a rough ETA. Please do not make travel plans or arrange for leave from work based on these times. Always consult the clearing agent at the destination port regarding actual Arrival date.

 

How long does it take for my vehicle to arrive in my country?
All vehicles arriving in your country from Japan via Vehicles International are shipped in containers or on RoRo (Roll On, Roll Off) shipping vessels. These methods are the safest and most cost effective way of ensuring the safe delivery of your vehicle and expected arrival in your country is within 6 weeks after your purchase has been finalised.

What currency must I use when paying for my vehicle?
Vehicles International will accept payments as follows:
United States Dollars, British Pounds and Euro (By telegraphic transfer).

Can you give me an invoice with a lower value for Customs purposes?
No, this cannot be done as it is illegal. All Customs documents that are processed in your country show the true value of your vehicle.
