Vehicles International's vehicle search facility and on-line ordering procedure makes it easy to locate and purchase your own quality pre-owned or new vehicle.

Step 1 – Choose your vehicle on-line Firstly, you can search for your vehicle using the links to specific vehicle categories (e.g. 4 x 4's, trucks etc) or by using the search boxes to locate your vehicle. From the list of vehicles your search returns, click on the STOCK NUMBER (S/No) on the left hand side of the page to open a new window to view further details and photographs of the vehicle.

Step 2 – Order your new vehicle When you have found your vehicle, click on the ORDER THIS VEHICLE button. Our user-friendly order form will come into view and can be completed on-line. Please fill in your details, your country and destination port, and select the insurance cover you prefer. For your peace of mind, Vehicles International offers various levels of insurance from the Standard option to Diamond cover to cover the transportation of your new vehicle. Vehicles are purchased on a CIF basis (cost, insurance and freight) which includes the full purchase price of the vehicle, selected insurance cover and cost of ocean freight from Nagoya to your nominated port. Step 3 – Invoicing and payment Vehicles International will send you an invoice for payment for your vehicle including shipping and insurance. Submit your payment to Vehicles International (either in United States Dollars or British Pounds - cash and telegraphic transfers). Fax a copy of your payment confirmation to Vehicles International with your invoice number as a reference. Vehicles International will start preparing your vehicle for shipping to you within 7 days.   Costs you are likely to incur when purchasing a vehicle are as follows: CIF – Cost Insurance Freight is an incoterm to describe a price of goods shipped to a named port with insurance of the vehicle on the seas covered for certain risks. Port costs and customs clearance costs – these costs cover the offloading of the vehicle and placing the vehicle in a bond store. COR (Certificate of Registration) & temporary permits – should you wish to collect your vehicle directly from the bond store, Vehicles International will arrange the COR and permit documents required so that you can drive the vehicle from the ocean port across the border. On carriage charges – costs to transport your vehicle inland. Duty and Vat on your vehicle will be payable in your own country. Step 4 – Shipping and customs clearance Vehicles International will attend to all the freight and logistics requirements. Vehicles are shipped in 40ft (13 meter containers) or on RoRo (Roll on Roll off) shipping vessels, as these are the safest and most cost effective methods to ensure the safe delivery of your vehicle. Vehicles International will e-mail you confirmation of your vehicle being shipped and an EXPECTED arrival date. Please DO NOT make travel plans based on this date. Once confirmation of the ships landing is received, you will be sent an ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION LETTER (ARN) which must be completed and sent back to Vehicles International. The ARN will CONFRIM the dates, bond store location and process for collection of your vehicle. Customs and clearance procedures are handled by approved customs and clearing agents in your selected port.

Step 5 – Vehicle inspection & transportation Vehicles International will ensure that your vehicle is cleaned and will carry out a standard inspection on the vehicle. Your vehicle is now ready for collection (owner collect option) or alternatively, your vehicle will be carefully transported to your nearest point of distribution (on carriage option for inland destinations).
